Girls Doing it Big, INC. (G.D.I.B.) was founded in October 2011 and established in January 2018.
Girls Doing it Big is a faith based, diversified 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization designed for girls between the ages of 13-17.
Mission
G.D.I.B. is dedicated to providing one on one mentorship and SOAR sessions that will inspire, enrich, educate, and develop girls in today’s society. Our program will aid in providing the necessary tools and dedicated resources that will allow girls to be successful in every area of their lives.
Vision
Every girl from all ethnicities, cultures and backgrounds will be transformed and equipped to maximize their greatest potential beyond measures.
Our Goals

Introduce and teach basic principles such as dignity, integrity and respect.

Present new and different techniques to help girls overcome challenges, obstacles and barriers.

Offer and provide methods for girls to obtain and maintain healthy relationships.

Offer and supply girls with an open forum for girls to vent, share and express their ideas.

Prepare and support girls for their future by providing one-on-one mentorship that will help identify, address and meet each individual need.
